Our engineering staff has the capability to assist you from the design phase through the final production of your membrane switch while making this process as simple as possible. By utilizing the latest in software packages, we can professionally design all aspect of your membrane switch beginning with overlay graphics and color formulations to circuitry layout and placement of value added components. PNC Graphics engineering staff is fully trained to recognize areas of savings through alternative manufacturing processes.

Manufacturing
All artwork is prepared and reviewed for accuracy according to your specifications. Computerized ink formulation is performed to ensure color consistency. A color sample along with a color print of your final product is sent for your approval. Upon your authorization, films and screens are produced. All graphic and circuit layers are screen-printed. Adhesives and graphics are selectively diecut and laminated in preparation for final assembly. All manufacturing processes are closely monitored and inspected by our quality control department. Final assembly commences, including dome placement, LED insertion, support panel attachment, and circuit termination. Final inspection and testing is performed. We assure that the highest quality membrane switch is shipped .

Quality
PNC's craftsmen are dedicated to quality. The entire membrane switch is critically inspected and tested to your specifications through all aspects of the engineering, manufacturing and assembly processes. This includes full functional testing as well as esthetic evaluation. PNC complies with all applicable ASTM standards for Membrane Switches and US nameplate standards for Nameplates.
